		<description>While it is certainly best to eat most foods raw such as nuts, seeds, fruits and veggies (or at least steam them) there are benefits to eating 100% grass fed beef, organic free range chicken and their eggs, lamb, ostrich, and other quality organic meats and of course it is best to cook these types of foods.
